Galapagos is one of the most exciting destinations in the world.

500 miles west of Ecuador is an archipelago of volcanic islands known as the Galapagos Islands. The Galapagos Islands, revered as one of the best diving destinations in the world, house the Aggressor of Galapagos III.

You will have the opportunity to dive with the playful sea lions, travel to the famous Darwin to enjoy the exciting dives ... see hammerhead sharks, whale sharks, tuna clouds and much more on your trip.

The panoramic view of Darwin's arch is as picturesque as you can imagine.

Galapagos

The Galapagos Islands (also the Galapagos Islands and officially the Colon Archipelago1 or the Galapagos Archipelago) constitute an archipelago of the Pacific Ocean located 972 km off the coast of Ecuador. It is made up of thirteen large islands with an area greater than 10 km², six medium-sized islands with an area of 1 km² to 10 km² and another 215 small-sized islets, in addition to rocky headlands of a few square meters, distributed around the equator line terrestrial, which together with the Malay Archipelago, are the only archipelagos on the planet that have land in both the northern hemisphere and the southern hemisphere.

GALAPAGOS AGGRESSOR® offers a completely new itinerary that complies with the regulations of the Galapagos National Park. In 2016, Ecuador created a marine sanctuary in the Darwin and Wolf area that includes 15,000 square miles outside the limits of all fishing to conserve sharks that congregate there and the ecosystem on which they are based. 32% of the waters around the Galapagos Islands will now be protected from fishing.

The new diving areas that are added to the itinerary are: Bartolome Punta, Cousins Rock and Cabo Douglas. The Galapagos National Park grants approval for normal itineraries and accepts requests for special itineraries.

Thursday: Baltra Airport, afternoon greeting by the staff, transfer by bus to the Itabaca Canal Canal and boarding. Welcome and orientation diving in Punta Carrión on the Itabaca canal.

​

 

Friday: 2 morning dives; Punta Carrión (Santa Cruz Island) or Bartolomé Punta. 1 afternoon hike to Bartolome Summit and panga ride in Pinacle Rock.

​

 

Saturday: January to May: 4 dives in Wolf; 2 morning, 2 dives in the afternoon. June to December: 2 morning dives, 1 afternoon and 1 night dive.

​

 

Sunday: from January to May: 2 morning dives in Darwin and 2 evening dives in Wolf. June to December: 2 dives in the morning and 2 in the afternoon in Darwin.

​

 

Monday: January to May: 4 dives in Cape Marshall; 2 morning dives, 1 afternoon and 1 night dive. June to December: 2 morning dives in Darwin; and 2 dives in the afternoon in the wolf.

​

 

Tuesday: 2 morning dives in Cabo Douglas and 2 evening dives in Punta Vicente Roca.

​

 

Wed: 1 morning dive at Cousins ​​Rock. Wednesday afternoon arrival at the Itabaca channel or Puerto Ayora. After lunch, guests will disembark at 1 pm to go ashore on a private bus tour to see the beautiful highlands of Santa Cruz Island. This will include a panoramic view of Santa Cruz and a turtle reserve to see giant turtles.

 

After the walk, guests can walk through the city, shop and visit the Fausto Llerena turtle breeding center at the Charles Darwin Research Station. Guests will dine at a local restaurant of their choice (only food not included in the cruise). GALAPAGOS AGGRESSOR® will depart at 10 pm from the city of Puerto Ayora to Baltra.

​

 

Thursday: guests will have a full breakfast, then they will retire and leave for Baltra airport. The itinerary is subject to change without notice.
